I am starting my 23rd year of teaching 8th grade math at Aitkin High School. I am married to Tracy who teaches in Brainerd and have two boys, Kade and Karson, who are ages 13 and 7 years old.

About Me

I am starting my 23rd year of teaching at Aitkin High School. I have been coaching volleyball for 20 of my years in Aitkin, and I am currently the Varsity coach. My wife, Becky, is a Kindergarten teacher at Rippleside Elementary. We have four children, two of which are currently in the Aitkin School District. Tyler will be graduating from the UW-Stout in May, Mikayla will be graduating from the U of M - Morris in May, Ellie is in 11th grade and Garrett is in 9th.

About Me

I am excited to be teaching my 8th year in Aitkin High School. My wife, Justine, is also a teacher in Aitkin. She currently teaches 4th grade at Rippleside. My hobbies include canoeing, camping, traveling and flying model airplanes. I have a goal to visit every state park and state recreation area in Minnesota. There are 76 of them, I've been to 70 so far!
